International Certification and Training

Each of our specialists meets the following requirements:

• A minimum of 40 hours of theoretical and practical training per year under the LG Premier Service Champion program, enhancing skills in device installation, diagnostics, and repair;
• In-depth knowledge of inverter technologies, energy efficiency, electronic control systems, and Smart Home solutions;
• Authorization to operate specialized LG diagnostic equipment (LGMV Service Tool), enabling high-precision fault detection;
• An internationally recognized certificate upon successful completion of training.

Microprocessor Upgrades and Specialized Software

Modern LG devices are equipped with powerful intelligent processors. Our engineers are fully authorized to diagnose, update software, and, if necessary, replace these chips. We work with the following processor models:

• For TVs: α7 Gen2/Gen5 Intelligent Processor, α9 Gen3/Gen4 AI Processor 4K, α11 AI Processor 4K Gen3 (with Dual AI Engine) – core chips managing image processing, sound, and AI functions;
• For home appliances: Main control boards for washing machines (e.g., EBR85130515) – microprocessor modules controlling all wash programs and device sensors;
• Specialized diagnostic chip: LGMV Wi-Fi Module (PLGMVW100) – a wireless communication module used for in-depth diagnostics of air conditioning systems.

Additionally, we use specialized software such as LGMV (LG Monitoring View) and Mobile LGMV. These tools allow the engineer to monitor all device parameters in real time, visualize pressure, temperature, and frequency data in graph form, and read "Black Box" data to detect hidden faults.

Professional Diagnostic Equipment and Electronics

Our technicians are equipped with the most advanced measuring instruments, such as digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers. This ensures ultra-precise testing of electronic components (resistors, capacitors, transistors, MOSFETs). Our professional electronics engineer, skilled in BGA (Ball Grid Array) soldering technology, can perform complex repairs at the motherboard level, both on-site and in our stationary workshop.

Original Spare Parts and Factory Standards

Only original manufacturer spare parts are used in the repair process. Each component fully complies with factory specifications. This ensures the device's safety, restoration to original performance levels, and long-term operation. The use of third-party analogues is strictly prohibited.

On-Site Repair – Convenience and Transparency

The majority of repairs for large household appliances (washing machines, refrigerators, TVs) are carried out directly at your address. If the technician determines, based on diagnostics, that on-site repair is not possible, the procedure is as follows:

1. You receive a detailed explanation of the nature and causes of the malfunction;
2. Only with your written consent is the device transported to the service center;
3. The device is repaired in the stationary workshop and, after testing, returned to your address.
